We have over 250,000 records on thelocalweb.net - each with company name, location and weblink.

All records are in one of 320 categories grouped into the 24 sectors shown on the front page. Just click on the sector of your choice - then select one or more categories. If you are not sure where a category may be then use the 'search for category' box to find it which is towards the top of the Home Page.

Unlike most other online search sites - we show all our search results on a geographical basis - for which we need the first part of a postcode - e.g. NR7, EC1, B23 etc. Use the 'Find A Postcode' box if you need to - by just entering any UK place name.

Using The Keyword Search

If you are looking for a specific product or service (e.g. 'Oriental Rugs' or 'Beekeepers' ) then use the Keyword Search. You may enter any number of words but a single keyword will give quicker results.

Leave the postcode blank for a UK-wide search and click the 'search business names' button to find a company by name.

We list the first five records on the first page of results. You may show further results using the top buttons.
And all searches may be broadened or narrowed using the right hand forms to enter adjustments.
