Established in 1999, Anahata is owned and ran by professional practicing therapists Edward Couzens-Lake and Sarah Povey. Our therapies can be accessed in either 1-2-1 or group bookings, we also offer business bookings, workshops, lectures, and demonstrations across the UK.
