Holbury Lakes
Holbury Lakes Trout Fishery covers 40 acres of Test Valley countryside, and has been described as "the best-kept secret in Hampshire". It includes four lakes totalling 7-1/2 acres, each with its own character; it also has 1000 yards of fishable banks of the River Dun, a tributary of the Test. The average depth of the lakes is 2+ metres (around 7 feet), and they are kept well stocked with rainbow and blue trout, plus some brown trout.
