Based in the heart of the Cardiff Bay Development Area, Noel Architects is well positioned to take advantage of the exciting and dynamic developments taking place. Formed in 1984, the practice moved to its current home in Walters Buildings in 1989. An old wine shipper's warehouse, the building's open lozenge plan form, two and a half stories high, was ideal for converting to an architects' studio.
