Instant Offices Ltd was set-up in May 1999 by Robert Hamilton, to amalgamate a fragmented sector into one on-line marketplace. Robert recognised the demand from occupiers for one source of data on the serviced office sector and funded the service by persuading the vast majority of serviced office operators to pay a commission for the introduction of new business.
