The Phoenix is a multi purpose arts + media centre, with a full programme covering film, theatre, music and dance, plus 3 galleries and Cafe Bar. Media centre has film production facilities, & wide ranging courses, website design to film making. Other classes cover everything from belly dancing to creative writing. Festivals include Fringe, tEXt, Off The Wall. Also 2 major parties each year - Midsummer, (Rock, Dance and World 3 dayer) & New Years Eve ‘best party outside London’ Mix Mag.
