We are manufacturers of automated test equipment for the electronics industry. Our products range from ATE and funtional test fixtures to full blown functional test systems, operated by our own proprietary software, TestMaster. We also supply associated consumable items, in particular, test probes and receptacles. Our customers include both OEMs and CEMs.
