Formed in 1973, West Pennine is a charitable Housing Association working in the North and East of Greater Manchester and South Lancashire. We manage some 4000 homes across the boroughs of Oldham, Rochdale, Tameside, Bury, Burnley, Pendle and Rossendale. We work closely with these local authorities, providing homes for rent and sale, as well as wider regeneration initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life of local people.
