MRS Lettings was set up with the purpose of offering a first class Landlord Service, well-maintained properties and an excellent Tenancy Support System. The Partners are fully trained in all aspects of property management and tenancy relations and have already completed training for the new Housing Benefit Legislation, which takes effect from April 2011, and have recently been accredited under the Kent Landlords Accreditation Scheme No 021027, which is recognised by Medway Council.
