Neway prides itself on finding full time work placements for over 95% of its trainees. Some employers were reluctant to take on very inexperienced trainees, but with a large training facility and investment in tutors, the essential skills in plastering, painting and decorating, trowel trades and mechanics can all be learned in house so trainees can hit the ground running with an employer on work placement.
